Krampus America Convention Market Vendor Application
Welcome to the Krampus America Convention Market application! We are excited to announce our upcoming juried market, a unique opportunity for vendors to showcase their creativity and engage with attendees who share a passion for the dark and festive Krampus theme. Our market is dedicated to curating a selection of vendors who embody the spirit of Krampus through their products and artistic expressions.
The venue is planned to be outdoors in Bremerton’s brand new, open community space, Quincy Square on 4th St in downtown Bremerton (between Washington Ave & Pacific Ave). Though the convention is a two-day event, the market will be held one day, on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
Available Spaces
We are currently accepting applications to fill 20 outdoor vendor spaces in 10x10 tents. All vendors must sell a Krampus-themed product, or Krampus-complementary product. Applications will be juried to ensure a diverse range of products for the market. Once slots are filled, additional applicants will be waitlisted.
Accepted vendors will be invoiced for non-refundable vendor fees. If cancellations are made, the space will be opened to waitlisted applicants.
Times & Dates
Setup and tear down times are subject to change based on city permitting and scheduling developments. Times listed below are the currently anticipated times:
Market date is Saturday, May 10, 2025
Setup: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Market Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tear Down: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Vendors are expected to set up and tear down within the time frames provided, as they are aligned with permitted street closure times and festival organizers will incur citations from the city for violations, which will be allocated to the vendor, as applicable.
Tents, Fire Extinguishers, and Power
The vendor space aesthetic requires a 10x10, pointed top, black tent, with 3 walls. You may either provide your own tent, or rent a tent for $25. If renting, setup and teardown of the tent will be provided with your rental fee. Tents not meeting the requirement will not be allowed in the market, and vendor will need to pay a $40 emergency tent rental fee on the day of the event, if not meeting the tent criteria, and not having a tent immediately available.
Bremerton fire code requires all vendors to have a UL Rated, 2-A; 1—B:C fire extinguisher (no other substitution of a different extinguisher is permissible). Vendors may bring their own, unexpired fire extinguisher that meets the fire code requirement, or rent a fire extinguisher for $10.
We do not anticipate requiring lighting for this market, so lighting should not be required. City power is not likely to be available, so please plan on other resources for any power supply needs.
Selection Criteria:
Chosen vendors will be selected based on their creativity, relevance, and fit for the Krampus theme. We seek vendors whose products are not only high-quality and innovative but also align seamlessly with the dark and mythical essence of Krampus. Unfortunately, vendors whose offerings do not complement the Krampus theme will be declined.

Fees:
Fees will be selected at the time of your application, and will be invoiced upon vendor selection and securing your place in the market. All fees are due immediately, upon invoice.
Vendor Fee: $100.00
Optional Tent Rental Fee: $25.00
Optional Fire Extinguisher Rental Fee: $10.00
To apply, please submit your application and payment between January 10, 2025, and March 7, 2025. The application fee will be processed at the time of application. Selected vendors will be invoiced at time of selection and full vendor payment shall be due immediately. Please note that vendor fee refunds are not available.
